3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the acejl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. acejl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.
3.2 Accurate Information. 3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acejl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify acejl immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. acejl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your acejl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of any balance.
3.5 KYC Verification. acejl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with acejl's KYC process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
4.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the acejl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). acejl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player accounts.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. acejl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. acejl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the acejl cashier section and may vary by payment method. acejl reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. acejl aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements. acejl is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. acejl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormant account policy.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse acejl's bonus or promotional structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. acejl reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close the accounts of any players found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses and free credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
5.5 acejl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change.
6.1 All games available on the acejl Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall apply to the specific game in question.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All acejl games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used on the Platform are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. acejl does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, acejl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the relevant wager amounts to the players' accounts. acejl will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the acejl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

8.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their acejl accounts at any time. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease a deposit limit take effect immediately.
8.4 Minor Protection. acejl strictly prohibits access to the Platform by persons under 21 years of age. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not have access to their acejl account credentials or the Platform.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the acejl Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of acejl's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acejl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 acejl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your acejl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 acejl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. acejl will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude acejl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Closure by Player. You may close your acejl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
11.2 Closure by acejl. acejl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if acejl reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have provided false information; or (d) closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
11.3 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, acejl reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any bonus amounts and associated winnings.
11.4 Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 9, 10, 12, and 13 — shall survive the termination of your acejl account.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between you and acejl, you agree to first contact acejl's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. acejl will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.4 For disputes relating to acejl's gaming operations and regulatory compliance, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
13.1 acejl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, acejl will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
13.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the acejl Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
13.3 If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
